Privacy Policy
Last updated: 7 July 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what information Enter Dial collects from admins and agents, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to everyone who registers an organisation, is invited as an agent, or otherwise uses our browser-based dialer.
1. Information we collect
We collect:
- Account information you or your admin provide at registration or invite, such as name, email address, and role
- Usage and call metadata, including call duration, timestamps, minutes consumed, and the number used to place or receive a call — we do not process the content of your calls
- Billing information needed to process a subscription, handled directly by our payment provider, Paddle
- Technical data, such as IP address, browser type, and authentication cookies needed to keep you signed in
2. How we use this information
We use the information above to:
- Operate the service, including routing calls and metering minutes per agent
- Process subscription payments and send billing-related communications
- Send transactional email, such as verification codes and invite links
- Maintain the security of accounts and detect misuse
- Improve the reliability and features of Enter Dial
3. Who we share data with
We don't sell personal data. We share the minimum data necessary with a small number of service providers who help us run Enter Dial:
- Paddle— processes subscription payments and billing on our behalf
- Resend— delivers transactional emails, such as verification codes
- Telephony and number providers— route calls and provision the UK and Ireland numbers assigned to your agents
- Cloud database hosting— stores account and usage data securely
4. Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to protect your session. We don't use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
5. Data retention
We retain account and usage data for as long as your organisation's account is active, and for a limited period afterward where we're required to keep billing or transaction records for legal or accounting purposes.
6. Your rights
If UK GDPR or Irish data protection law applies to you, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us via our contact page.
7. International transfers
Some of our service providers may process data outside the UK or European Economic Area. Where this happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses, to protect your data.
8. Security
We use industry-standard measures, including encrypted connections and access controls, to protect the data we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
9. Children's privacy
Enter Dial is a business tool and isn't directed at, or intended for use by, children.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "last updated" date above.
