Terms of Service

Last updated: 7 July 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of Enter Dial, a browser-based calling platform for outbound and inbound calling teams in the United Kingdom and Ireland. By registering an admin account, inviting agents, or otherwise using the service, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, your organisation.

1. The service

Enter Dial lets an admin register an organisation, purchase a plan, invite agents, and assign UK (+44) and Ireland (+353) phone numbers so agents can place and receive calls from a browser. Minutes, days remaining, and usage are always calculated on our servers, never on a device we don't control.

2. Accounts and roles

There are two account types: admins, who register the organisation, choose a plan, and manage billing and agents; and agents, who are invited by an admin and use an allocated minute pool to make and receive calls. You're responsible for keeping login credentials confidential and for all activity that happens under your account.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use Enter Dial, and any number assigned to you, only for lawful calling activity that complies with applicable UK and Irish telecommunications and data protection law, including Ofcom rules on nuisance and unsolicited calls and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations. You must not use the service for:

We may suspend or terminate accounts that we reasonably believe are being used in violation of this section.

4. Plans, billing, and minutes

Plans are billed per agent on a recurring 30-day cycle and processed through our payment provider, Paddle. Each agent is allocated a fixed number of minutes for the plan; unused minutes do not carry over between cycles and have no cash value. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each cycle unless cancelled beforehand from the billing panel.

5. Changing or downgrading your plan

You can change plans at any time from the admin billing panel. If a downgrade would put your organisation over the new plan's agent limit, we'll warn you before the change is confirmed, and some agents may need to be deactivated to complete the downgrade.

6. Phone numbers

Numbers assigned to your organisation remain available for use only while your subscription is active. If a subscription lapses or is cancelled, an assigned number may be released back into the available pool and reassigned to another customer.

7. Service availability

We work to keep Enter Dial available at all times, but calling depends on third-party telephony infrastructure outside our direct control. We don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service and aren't liable for outages caused by upstream carriers or providers.

8. Termination

You may stop using the service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or unlawful use. On termination, agent access and assigned numbers are deactivated; see our Refund Policy for how this affects billing.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Enter Dial is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including lost calls, minutes, or business opportunities.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Enter Dial after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
